Shadi N. Fackih, Esq.Founder and Owner

Shadi grew up in St. Petersburg and opened Fackih Law Office in May 2025. He runs the firm so that clients deal with him directly: he answers the phone, explains things plainly and stays with the case from start to finish. Before starting the firm, he served as an assistant public defender in Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit.

Anthony GreenParalegal

Since 1991, Anthony has spent more than 35 years helping everyday people find their way through Tampa Bay's courthouses. He knows the clerks' offices, the filing rules and the paperwork that trips people up, and he brings that experience to every file he touches. At the firm, Anthony works under Shadi's supervision to keep cases organized and moving.
